Hotel Lincoln

first thing to be said about hotel Lincoln is the attention and the service of Mr Jorge at the reception!!!he is the star of this hotel and to my honest opinion this hotel would be less then good without this man!! he provide QUALITY SERVICE above and beyond expectations !! i mean in every aspect of a traveler needs !! From the moment i called him about my booking mistake (I made a mistake in my arrival date) to the fact that i left my reading book at check out! ! i mistakenly booked my stay at hotel Lincoln from Monday 8 of April but i was coming in on Tuesday 9th of April. Mr Jorge showed interest in giving me the best solution to this problem ,as well did he and Miss Daniella in helping me recover my reading book a few days after i left the hotel !! they did all they could for me to get my book delivered to my friend address . so for that thank you both so much!! this hotel has a great location if you come to enjoy Medellin as a tourist that love to be in all the night happening if so then this hotel has the perfect location for types of tourists interested in Medellin night life!! otherwise the noise would be bothersome at night because even though i had a inside room, i was still able to hear music the whole night through! the room was very spacious but i would suggest updating them as well the bathroom ! but the spaciousness of the room is far more then i expected so for that reason i liked the room! the breakfast is as well very good ! and the staff are very attentive to the hotel guests !!

Very clean! Nice staff! Located at a very busy area. The location is perfect if you enjoy night life. The AC works great and there is a TV and small fridge in the room. Cold/hot water at all times! We really enjoyed it!

Everything! In fact, I originally booked for only three days and I canceled two other hotels I was going to try out. I was not going to give up the comfort of this one. Think if Courtyard by Marriott. Ended up staying for two weeks. It has everything. The desk clerks are all professional but friendly. They clean the room and change the sheets every day including Sunday. Their 5th-floor whirlpool bath is amazing, and you no longer have to book it 5 hours in advance. The elevator is modern, no surprising jerks. The wifi is strong (sorry I didn't check) but I had no problem running video or doing a Zoom meeting.

Very clean, staff is quite helpful and friendly. The bed is super comfortable in the room I had. Which was a welcome surprise. Most places here have very firm or “ Hard “ beds. Breakfast is very organized and well prepared. You wait for nothing.

Great Location, many bars and restaurants of La 70ta. Housekeeping complete very good service. Clean Hotel. Visitors are allowed before 9pm with no extra charge.
